Pastured the way it should be.

Sheep and lamb raised on open Anatolian pasture — managed for animal welfare, grassland health, and a supply chain you can trace from field to market.

Türkiye has grazed sheep on these hills for millennia. We keep that tradition but run it on modern footing — rotational grazing that lets pasture recover, careful flock-health management, and honest record-keeping from lambing to sale. The result is healthier animals, healthier land, and meat and wool that buyers can trust.

On the Land

Flocks on open Anatolian pasture.

Animals raised with space to roam, on grassland managed to recover and improve season after season.

How We Raise Them

Four things we never compromise.

01 · Welfare

Welfare-first husbandry

Low-stress handling, clean water and shelter, and veterinary-led health and vaccination programmes. Animals raised with space to behave naturally are healthier and produce better — we treat welfare as the foundation, not an afterthought.

02 · Land

Regenerative grazing

Rotational grazing moves the flock before it overgrazes, giving pasture time to recover, building soil and holding carbon. It is the oldest sustainability tool there is, run with modern planning so the land improves year on year.

03 · Provenance

Traceability & genetics

Every animal is recorded — lineage, health, movement — so buyers know exactly what they are getting. We favour native, climate-adapted breeds that improve flock resilience and product quality without chasing fragile, high-input genetics.

04 · Supply

Lamb, wool & breeding stock

Beyond meat, we supply quality wool and breeding stock to other producers. Working alongside regional cooperatives, we connect smallholders to larger markets and bring consistency to a traditionally fragmented sector.
